All limousines are non-smoking vehicles. Exceptions are not tolerated. Heavy soiling will be charged to the customer after cleaning.<\/p>\n

Working and rest period regulations<\/h2>\n
Depending on the engagement, it may be necessary to use a second driver to comply with the legal requirements, in particular the Working and Rest Period Ordinance (ARV 2). The maximum driving time of 9 hours and the maximum working and attendance time of 13 (only in exceptional cases 15) hours per working day may not be exceeded.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n
For any disputes, only the Swiss law is applicable.<\/p>\n
Court of jurisdiction is Bern.<\/p>\n

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts relating to the rental of limousines and to the transport of persons at Gilomen Limousinen.<\/p>\n
Services are provided solely on the basis of the following general terms and conditions. A contract for the provision of services in the field of transport will only be concluded if the date and content of the contract has been confirmed in writing by Gilomen Limousinen.<\/p>\n
Exclusions: extra kilometers, overnights for the driver, parking fees, all tunnel tolls and motorway tolls outside of Switzerland. Expenses for non-agreed customers – special claims.<\/p>\n
